Why This Blog?

While I’m not a professional in the fitness and nutrition field, I believe I have achieved a lot during the time I have been working out, whether it has been at home or at the gym. Because of my passion for fitness and my desire to help others, I have decided to create this blog and share my experiences while also providing others with a detailed review of any fitness program I decide to try.

In the pass I have found myself reading endless amounts of reviews from other blogs and websites, reading information that has caused nothing but confusion, information that either claims that specific programs are the holy grail of fitness, or trashing other programs based on the structure of the company that created them while ignoring that the actual programs might actually be a great fitness tool for those looking to make a change in their lives. All of this has led me to grow tired of the negative and useless information found online without a solid explanation, and I decided to do something productive about it.

While I am aware each individual is different, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, age or health condition, and results will be different from person to person, I will never claim that my experiences are applicable to everybody the same way. Instead, my goal is to give you a basic idea on the programs I have done or I’m currently doing, hoping to motivate you, to either try any program I review or look for a different and better option for you.
