By the end of day 3 I couldn’t do much on day 4. Not giving up but definitely have to extend this program. I’m not gonna kill myself

Comment on MP45 Final Review by Yass Thu, 01 Sep 2016 20:15:33 +0000 Hey Frank, I wanted to wait a little before I replied to your comment. I am glad you’re happy and enjoying the program.

Personally, based on my background, I got beyond frustrated with the program for the reasons I stated in this post as well as many other I didn’t mention. I don’t think it is a matter of getting a six pack in 6 weeks, but it is a matter of seeing great results from a program that claims such huge transformations from people posting online… transformations that I find unrealistic.

Now, the reason I decided to wait is because I wanted to start a new program, something I could compare to MP45 and not necessarily to be with an old program. This time I’m using the Lee Lebrada’s lean program, and as you can probably see in my latest post ( ) the results speak form themselves. This is exactly why I have such a negative opinion about Mp45, because the program didn’t make any sense to me, considering how disorganized based on my experience.

Again, all I’m saying for me, it didn’t work. And my goal with this blog is to review whichever program I get my hands on from a neutral point of view, meaning, not going with the intention of disproving a program ahead of time. My goal is to give it as close to 100% and see what results can be achieved.

Comment on MP45 Final Review by Frank Sat, 02 Apr 2016 05:25:56 +0000 Hey Yassel –

I started MP45 32 days ago with my girlfriend and have been looking for other people’s results to compare myself to, for similar reasons that you outlined above about the results they put in the ads not being typical.

However, I did keep up with the program despite my concerns and have continued to push. I’m happy with my results, I would say. But the PDF definitely has a lot of typos / confusion in how it was put together. I feel like they should take the money they’re making and invest it in cleaning up the PDF plan and making things easier to follow.

I also experienced the first week being hellishly hard because I did not lift weights, ever, prior to trying this. And week 2 eased up a bit on me and I was wondering what the hell happened. But then week 3, 4, and 5 have increased intensity again.

I’ve been live blogging my results just like you were planning to do, if you want to take a look. I do link out to their program with an affiliate ID because I’m happy with my results so far, but don’t click over expecting 6 pack abs or any insane results so far 🙂

I’ll follow your blog to see what program you wind up trying next!

Comment on Josef Rakich Fitness – A 12 Weeks Program by Yass Fri, 11 Mar 2016 05:26:05 +0000 That is actually a good question. Possibly. But for sure I hit a plateau and probably even loss a small percentage of muscle mass. I actually just updated this post and explained what I hadn’t before. It is probably a good program to do for the 90 days or 3 months they cover, but you’ll need to cancel it since it auto renews after the 90 days. I’m not really sure what your goals are, so it is hard to tell you what are better options.

What are the better options?

Comment on Josef Rakich Fitness – A 12 Weeks Program by Yass Thu, 10 Mar 2016 21:12:25 +0000 Manish, the diet plan seemed somewhat personalized. Compared to other programs I’ve done where they diet is more strict and better adjusted towards my own needs, this plan was based on my stats but didn’t change much to be honest.

Like any other form of exercises, I did lose weight, gained some strength but it wasn’t something that blew my mind. I think there are better options out there. Maybe this plan would be a good start, especially for the price, but I wouldn’t depend on it 100% for some drastic changes.
