Possibly. But for sure I hit a plateau and probably even loss a small percentage of muscle mass. I actually just updated this post and explained what I hadn’t before. It is probably a good program to do for the 90 days or 3 months they cover, but you’ll need to cancel it since it auto renews after the 90 days. I’m not really sure what your goals are, so it is hard to tell you what are better options.

Compared to other programs I’ve done where they diet is more strict and better adjusted towards my own needs, this plan was based on my stats but didn’t change much to be honest.

Like any other form of exercises, I did lose weight, gained some strength but it wasn’t something that blew my mind. I think there are better options out there. Maybe this plan would be a good start, especially for the price, but I wouldn’t depend on it 100% for some drastic changes.
